LAUNCH Europe Attend Porsche Aftersales Meeting

The meeting was held in the Intercontinental Hotel on the Oberer Salzberg in Berchtesgaden from Feb 21st, 2011 to Feb 22nd, 2011. More than 200 Service managers and General Managers from all 86 German Porsche Branches have attended the meeting. They discussed two days long three question:
a. The service development of the last 6 years.
b. Based on this the development possibilities until 2020.
c. What Porsche must do to stay on top, in the garage too.
Besides the meeting Porsche organized a small fair with 12 exhibitors. LAUNCH was the only one in automotive workshop equipment aftermarket field invited. We demonstrated CRecorder, CReaderV inspiring tremendous interest. One of the technically director was especially interested in the CRecorder and showed his interest to cooperate with us. We wrote orders for appr. 15 pcs each. So I think that it could be a success to offer those tools worldwide to Porsche branches or dealers.
It was a good success for us, because LAUNCH is now known in the Porsche Organization which is one of the high end cars manufacturers in the world. And we may be able to get an entrance into the Porsche E-car development which they are doing on a very high level, for Motor Sports too. Let's hope together and cross the fingers that they will agree for cooperation.
