Integrated Supply Network Show
On June 24-25, 2011, Launch USA General Agent attended the Integrated Supply Network (ISN) show in Orlando, Florida, at the World Center Marriott. Although attendance was down compared to last year, we still managed to have a busy booth and also hosted a well received live, on-car demonstration in the Training Tent.
Representing Launch were Mark Smith, Manufacturer's Representative for Florida and the Pacific Northwest, Doug Gerrior, Manufacturer's Representative for Atlanta, and Gilbert Huerta and Victor Rivilla, who both came from the California office. Attendees were delighted to see the new Euro Pro and Pocket Tech Pro, and judging from the reaction of the crowd to these new products, it is safe to say that they will be a contributing factor to Launch's success in the next coming months.

Yet another positive for Launch was our ability to demonstrate to the crowds our growth in Domestic software development. On display in the training tent was a 2010 Chevy Malibu. We had full command of PCM and BCM bi-directionals, the ability to program key fobs and perform Cylinder Contribution and Automated Brake Bleed procedures, as well as the usual full gamut of read/clear codes and live data on all systems. This truly was a great reinforcement to our current advertisements touting our Domestic coverage, and in these lean times, it is great to be able to offer our distributors and customers a one-stop solution for Euro, Asian and Domestic applications.
