5th Annual Dealer Meeting a big success
Like every year before, also this year LAUNCH invited all its dealers from whole Europe to attend the annual meeting event. Like in 2009, the event took place in Kerpen, where LAUNCH Europe GmbH is located. Because of the big dimensions of this event, LAUNCH organized it at the MS Kart- and Eventcenter, which is nearby. We welcome about 80 dealers from more then 20 different countries. Our LAUNCH Area Managers looked after his dealers. As a special guest we had our president Mr. Louis Liu at present. He came the far way from China especially for this event.
With a welcome speech of Mr. Liu, he reports about LAUNCH culture and the new developments in LAUNCH. Also LAUNCH Europe gave its dealers an overview about philosophy and strategy. After that, there was an introducing about the latest products, e.g. X-431 GDS, CResetter, X-431 quiCheck, X-712, CAT-401A, and many more. The new iPhone tool MD4MYCAR attracts a lot of attention. This new and advanced technology is specially developed to use iPhones for car diagnostic. Before a little break for lunch, LAUNCH handed out again an award for its most successful dealers. This year were awarded Zsystem from Italy, TROST from Romania, Petrotech from Israel and VmA from Germany. After lunch the people were divided in groups and they had some demonstrations on the new tools like X-431 GDS, CReader VI, X-431 quiCheck and MD4MYCAR, but also on well-known products like X-431 Diagun and the wheel alignment X-631. The dealers got the chance to ask some questions and keep in touch with the units. After demonstration two of our long standing dealers had a speech and reported about their experiences with LAUNCH and LAUNCH products. After a speech of LAUNCH Europe's General Manager Mr. Eric Xue, the program ended on time.
Now the participators had opportunity to visit the Kart Center. For 1 hour LAUNCH rented the Indoor racetrack and the dealers had the chance for a exciting fight on the course. The three fastes racing drivers got a small award ceremony. And the winners were: 3rd place goes to Mr. Stredak from Autoteile Voigt only splitted with less than a second from the 2nd place, Mr. Andersson from VEGE Motoren from Schweden. And the fastes driver came from Italy: Mr. Andrea Zago from Zsystem. After that, first day of dealer meeting ends with a pleasant dinner in the "Restaurante La Piazza".
The second day of our dealer meeting was in our office. The dealers got opportunity to visit office, warehouse and showroom and to have a free discussion with each other and to LAUNCH Europe's staff. In our showroom the dealers had the opportunity to see also some of our machines, e.g. different kinds of lifts, the new wheel aligner and tire machines. Also there was the chance to test some of the units and to discuss technical issues. The second day ended with a small lunch and the dealers go their way back home.
We hope everyone enjoyed the event and there was a little time for fun beside all these new information.
