'Exhibition Name：Equip''''Auto Place：Paris， France Date：11 October 2011 - 15 October 2011 There is a big change of LAUNCH in France in the year of 2011. The office is moved from NICE to Saint Etienne. We have also 2 technicians, Xavier and Guillaume, who were specialized on Diagnostic tools and planning to develop in French market. This year, our Equip''''Auto exhibition is very different as other years. We are more focused on Diagnostic tool and we got very good technical support for that. This is also the first year that we made real car demonstration of our diagnostic tools on car during the exhibition in Paris.Compared with 2009, the number of visitors for the exhibition increased much and there are more companies come to show in Paris. Our stand is very close to the main entrance of Hall 5, besides to BOSCH, ACTIA Muller''''s stand. The stand is 54 square meters. Visitors can come from 3 sides into our stand. On the stands, we present the two post lift TLTE 32 SBA, the new four post lift TLT 440JA with a Renault Clio III on the lift. Guillaume and Xavier make demonstration of X-431 Diagun and Battery tester on the car. Beside the four post lift we showed the wheel Alignment X-631+ with its cabinet. On the other side, under the logo LAUNCH, we presented our diagnostic tools, X-431 Diagun, X-431 Master, X-431 quiCheck, Creader VI, Crecorder II and also some newly developed tools like X-431 GDS and Cresetter. Three screens are playing advertisement for Diagun and Crecorder software. We met many customers and they are very glad to see the development of LAUNCH in France. Especially the technical support team gave all our customers more confidences on our diagnostic product. With the excellent demonstration by Guillaume and Xavier, many users want to buy our diagnostic tool on the stand. Their technical support starts to build up a good image of LAUNCH product in France. Two promotions are made during the exhibition. One is for Master, a powerful tool with a special low price to attract people; the other one is for Diagun, offer of 3 years update free. The price is very attractive, and the promotion term is till the end of this year. We''''ve also met many old LAUNCH product users/dealers. In general, they are very happy with our diagnostic tools and lifts. Some of them gave us feedback of problems/questions. For diagnostic tools side, Guillaume and Xavier have given them some replies, and for lift side, we ensured our capacity on spare parts delivery. During the exhibition, we got lots of customer''''s information. That''''s a good resource for us to develop our business in France. Most of contacts we''''ve got are users, but there are also some interesting dealers. For diagnostic tools: We ensured our dealers and users that LAUNCH''''s products will be better and better. Some dealers like Club Assist, AGECOM or Equip''''AUTO ordered many tools on our stands. They all found that the new product Auto Test Aid is very interesting for them. They asked us to send more information about this product after the exhibition. We found that there are many users from French oversea territory. They bought often directly the product during the exhibition. The potential purchase capacity of these areas is very high and we need to quickly find some dealers for these areas. For the African French speak countries, we got some dealer''''s information and we''''ll contact them after the exhibition. For Mechanical products: We got much information about the dealers, garages and especially installers. The garages are very interested on the combinations of 4 post lifts and wheel Alignment. The idea is that in the areas which are not covered by a dealer, we can offer products through installers. There are also many people from other countries like Greece, Argentina, and Chile etc. We''''ll transfer information to our colleagues in other branches after the exhibition. A very successful exhibition in Paris. The real car demonstration is very useful, our two technicians are nearly not stopped to make the demonstration. The feedbacks of the customer are very positive. We got lots of contacts, and we need to make a good follow up for the contacts. '
